Quality

Production of wire harnesses for the automotive industry has advanced automatic equipment "Komax", which automatically perform the wire cutting for harnesses stamping, and quality control. Verifying of the contacts crimping is made on the special equipment -laboratory complex "Mecal - Minilab", it conducts research of stamped contact section cut or of ultrasonic welding.

Ultrasonic welding can improve the quality of connection in harnesses and avoid large voltage drop and the oxidation in the joints.

Harnesses assembly is done manually by experienced highly qualified employees in designated tables. After assembly, all manufactured products are checked on stands by «DIVMAC» company. It checks if the circuit is correct and the tightness of connectors to provide a 100% quality control.

Quality Management System of LLC "PRETTL-NK" certified (and recertified) for compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 by Bureau Veritas. In December 2012 the certification audit for compliance with ISO / TS 16949: 2009 passed. The audit was conducted by the URS (UK) certification body. Products are not subject to mandatory certification, but every year we confirm the certificate of conformity to the wires PVA, PGVA, PVAM according to scheme of voluntary certification.
